Use a baby washcloth if you clean your face or use a cotton pad. This helps remove dead skin on the face while the moisturizer penetrates the skin. Then add a pea-sized volume of moisturizer to your face with your fingertips and massage it slightly until it is all absorbed.

  3. Maintain a healthy diet.

  5. Make sure you get enough rest.
